Training Summary through November 6th
  • Swim - 32,652 yards (18.55 miles); 11:57 hours
  • Bike - 1,281.47 miles; 77:42 hours
  • Run - 342.76 miles; 58:41 hours
  • Brick - 205 miles; 14:45 hours
  • Total - 1,847.78 miles; 163:05 hours (almost 7 days straight!)
